I created FitMamaa because I lived it. After my first baby arrived, I expected to "bounce back" like all the Instagram posts promised. Instead, I found myself exhausted, overwhelmed, and completely unsupported. The wellness advice out there felt like it was written for people who had hours to spare, personal trainers on speed dial, and somehow magically slept through the night.
I didn't need another intense workout program or a restrictive meal plan. I needed something that met me where I was — tired, stretched thin, but still wanting to feel like myself again.
