Everything you need to know about receiving your FitMamaa digital products.

 All FitMamaa Products Are Digital Downloads

Every product in our store is a digital guide, planner, or tracker delivered instantly to your email. No physical items are shipped. This means you can start using your guides right away — no waiting, no tracking numbers, no delivery fees.

How Delivery Works

  1. Complete your purchase through our secure checkout. We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards.
  2. Receive your download email within seconds of payment confirmation. The email will be sent to the address you provided at checkout.
  3. Click the download link in the email to access your PDF file(s). You can download them directly to your phone, tablet, or computer.
  4. Save the file to your device so you can access it anytime, even offline.
  5. Start your journey! Open your guide whenever you're ready — even at 3am during a feeding session. We won't judge.

Download Link Access

Your download link(s) will be active for 30 days from the date of purchase. We recommend saving your files to your device as soon as possible. If your link expires before you've had a chance to download, just reach out to us and we'll send you a fresh link — no questions asked.

After downloading, your files are yours to keep forever. You can print them at home, save them to multiple devices, and use them as many times as you'd like.

Didn't Receive Your Email?

Check these common solutions:

  • Check your spam or junk folder — download emails sometimes end up there, especially with Gmail and Outlook.
  • Search your inbox for "FitMamaa" or the subject line "Your FitMamaa order is confirmed".
  • Verify the email address — make sure you entered the correct email at checkout. Typos happen (especially when you're tired!).
  • Wait a few minutes — although delivery is usually instant, it can occasionally take up to 10 minutes during busy periods.

File Format & Compatibility

All FitMamaa products are delivered as PDF files, which are compatible with virtually every device:

  • iPhone/iPad: Open in the Files app, Apple Books, or any PDF reader
  • Android: Open in Google Drive, Adobe Reader, or your default PDF app
  • Computer: Open in any web browser, Adobe Acrobat, or Preview (Mac)
  • Kindle: Send the PDF to your Kindle email address for reading
  • Print: All guides are designed to look beautiful printed at home on standard letter or A4 paper

Re-Downloading Your Purchase

Need to download your file again? No problem. You can request a new download link by contacting us at hello@fitmamaa.com with your order number. We typically respond within 24 hours and will send you a fresh link right away.
