We want you to love your FitMamaa guides. Here's our honest policy on returns and refunds.

πŸ“„ Digital Products & Refunds

Because all FitMamaa products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once you purchase and download a guide, planner, or tracker, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This is standard practice for digital products and helps us keep our prices affordable for all moms.

What We Can Help With

While we can't offer refunds on completed downloads, we absolutely want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Here's what we will do:

  • Corrupted or incomplete files? If your download didn't work properly, the file appears corrupted, or pages are missing, contact us and we'll send you a replacement file immediately at no extra cost.
  • Download link expired? Your link is valid for 30 days. If it expires before you could download, just email us and we'll send a fresh link.
  • Can't find your email? Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, email us with your order number and we'll resend the download link.
  • Having trouble opening the file? Our products are PDFs that work on any device. If you're having technical issues, reach out and we'll walk you through it.
  • Accidental duplicate purchase? If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours and we'll work with you to resolve it.

How to Request Support

If you're experiencing any issues with your purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@fitmamaa.com with the subject line "Order Support" and include your order number.
  2. Describe the issue β€” let us know what went wrong (corrupted file, expired link, can't open, etc.). Screenshots help!
  3. We'll respond within 24 hours (usually much sooner). We'll investigate and send you a solution or replacement.

Before You Buy

We want to make sure FitMamaa is the right fit for you before you purchase. Here are some things to keep in mind:

  • Our products are digital PDFs β€” you'll receive a downloadable file, not a physical book.
  • You'll need a device capable of opening PDF files (phone, tablet, computer, or e-reader).
  • Our guides are designed for postpartum mothers β€” they focus on gentle wellness, nourishment, and self-care. They are not medical advice and should not replace professional healthcare guidance.
  • Check the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Each product page includes detailed information about what's included, page count, and what to expect.

Please note: All FitMamaa products are for personal use only. Purchasing a guide does not grant the right to redistribute, resell, share, or reproduce the content. If you know another mama who would benefit, please send her our way β€” we'd love to welcome her!

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We're real people (well, one real person!) and we genuinely want to help. Most issues can be resolved quickly with a simple email. Opening a chargeback dispute slows down the process significantly and may result in your access to future purchases being restricted.
